HOPE CLIP collects the data that is necessary for making online card payments when making purchases on the Inox-Le\u0161ko web shop using the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to employees of the Corvuspay system. An isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.<\/p>\n

Inox-Le\u0161ko d.o.o. undertakes to protect the personal data of customers by collecting only the necessary, basic data about customers\/users that is necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; informs customers about the way the collected data is used, regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from the list used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. Collected personal data of Inox-Le\u0161ko d.o.o. is stored until the storage of personal data is revoked by the user, while the data collected due to processing based on a legal basis are stored in accordance with the time limits of the provisions of the relevant law (for example, the Accounting Act, etc.)<\/p>\n

Each user, as well as the person whose Personal Data is being processed, is authorized to file an objection to the processing of their Personal Data by Inox-Le\u0161ko d.o.o. limited liability company as the Data Controller to the supervisory body, i.e. the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data.<\/p>\n

Politika se odnosi na fizi\u010dke i pravne osobe \u010dije Osobne podatke Inox-Le\u0161ko d.o.o. prikuplja po bilo kojoj pravnoj osnovi.<\/p>\n

Osobni podatak je onaj koji se odnosi na pojedinca: ime, prezime, dob, adresa, adresa elektroni\u010dke po\u0161te i sli\u010dne informacije. Inox-Le\u0161ko d.o.o. prikuplja osobne podatke korisnika isklju\u010divo onda kada korisnici za to sami daju privolu: prilikom registracije na stranicu ili putem raznih obrazaca na stranici. – na podatke vezane za kori\u0161tenje web stranice www.inox-lesko.com, podatke o geo-lokaciji kupca koji mogu postati dostupni prilikom njihova pretra\u017eivanja i kori\u0161tenja Internet stranice www.inox-lesko.com na temelju IP adrese ili GPS podataka o njihovom ure\u0111aju.<\/p>\n

HOPE CLIP prikuplja podatke koji su potrebni za provedbu online pla\u0107anja karticama prilikom kupnje na Inox-Le\u0161ko web shopu koriste\u0107i CorvusPay platni formular. Platni podaci proslje\u0111uju se \u0161ifrirano od Va\u0161eg web preglednika do banke koja je izdala Va\u0161u karticu. Na\u0161a trgovina nikada ne dolazi u kontakt s cjelovitim podacima o Va\u0161oj platnoj kartici. Tako\u0111er, podaci su nedostupni \u010dak i djelatnicima Corvuspay sustava. Izolirana jezgra samostalno prenosi i upravlja osjetljivim podacima, \u010duvaju\u0107i ih pri tom potpuno sigurnima.<\/p>\n

Inox-Le\u0161ko d.o.o. se obvezuje pru\u017eati za\u0161titu osobnim podacima kupaca tako da prikuplja samo nu\u017ene, osnovne podatke o kupcima\/korisnicima koji su nu\u017eni za ispunjenje na\u0161ih obveza; informira kupce o na\u010dinu kori\u0161tenja prikupljenih podataka, redovito daje kupcima mogu\u0107nost izbora o upotrebi njihovih podataka, uklju\u010duju\u0107i mogu\u0107nost odluke \u017eele li ili ne da se njihovo ime ukloni s liste koje se koriste za marketin\u0161ke kampanje. Svi se podaci o korisnicima strogo \u010duvaju i dostupni su samo djelatnicima kojima su ti podaci nu\u017eni za obavljanje posla. Svi djelatnici Inox-Le\u0161ko d.o.o. odgovorni su za po\u0161tivanje na\u010dela za\u0161ite privatnosti.<\/p>\n

Prikupljene osobne podatke Inox-Le\u0161ko d.o.o. pohranjuje do opoziva pohrane osobnih podataka od strane korisnika dok se podaci prikupljeni zbog obrade temeljenih na zakonskoj osnovi, \u010duvaju se sukladno vremenskim ograni\u010denjima odredbama predmetnog zakona (primjerice Zakon o ra\u010dunovodstvu i sl.)<\/p>\n

Korisnik u bilo kojem trenutku mo\u017ee povu\u0107i svoj pristanak na daljnje prikupljanje, obradu i kori\u0161tenje osobnih podataka, a opoziv pohrane osobnih podataka mo\u017ee zatra\u017eiti pismenim putem na adresu poslovnice obrta: adresa poslovnice ako postoji ili putem elektroni\u010dke po\u0161te na info@inox-lesko.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Svaki korisnik ima pravo naknadno povu\u0107i prethodno danu privolu, uz napomenu da povla\u010denje privole ne utje\u010de na zakonitost obrade koja se temeljila na privoli prije nego \u0161to je ona povu\u010dena. Svaki korisnik, kao i osoba \u010dije Osobne podatke \u00a0obra\u0111uje, ovla\u0161ten je podnijeti prigovor na obradu svojih Osobnih podataka od strane Inox-Le\u0161ko d.o.o. dru\u0161tva s ograni\u010denom odgovorno\u0161\u0107u kao Voditelja obrade nadzornome tijelu, odnosno Agenciji za za\u0161titu osobnih podataka.<\/p>\n
