ELKAY GRANIT FAST ADHESIVE is a two component cyanoacrylate based adhesive set for bonding wide range of materials within seconds.
It is especially suitable for the applications where cure speed needs to be accelerated.
It is suited to bonding difficult substrates which have porous or uneven nature.
It increases bonding strength by preventing the adhesive to be absorbed by the surface.
It has high bonding strength without making a mess.
Suitable for use on vertical surfaces as it will not drip or slump.
Product usage:
Grind the surface to be glued with hard grinding paper and remove any dust, moisture and oil from the surface. The surface to be treated must be clean, completely dry and free of dust and grease.
Spray the activator to the other surface and allow evaporating.
Apply enough adhesive to the other surface
Join substrates and press firmly for one minute. It will be set within seconds.

Curing time may varies based on the temperature and relative humidity level.

It can adhere to many surfaces without a primer.
It is resistant to fungus and mold for a long time.
It is resistant to UV rays and weather conditions.
Less odor & Non-corrosive.
It has high elasticity and flexibility.

Product usage:
Application surfaces must be sufficiently free of dirt, oil and dust.
Open the cartridge by cutting the top and screw on the nazzle.
Cut off the tip of nozzle. Take off the aluminum cover at the bottom of the cartridge.
Insert cartridge in gun and apply.
After the application, the sealant must be tooled with light pressure to spread the material against the joint surfaces and to obtain a professional finish.
Excess uncured sealant may be cleaned with solvent and cured sealant may be cleaned mechanically.
